In this project we stripped this house down to portions of walls and the slab to create a modern masterpiece. We created new lines of the facade to create a modern house and had the ceiling materials pull into the house. We selected materials for this house according to the lifestyle of the client. They have many animals and thus needed suitable flooring. We selected a tile floor and kept similar materials throughout the home. For the master, the client wanted something a little warmer and less modern so we added some ship-lap to the headboard wall and a a interesting shower door in the bath.  We did a similar treatment in the casita in the backyard.  Overall the clients were happy with the selections.
