mod haven
paradise valley, az

The client’s home began as a traditional Tuscan villa, rich with ornate details, warm earth tones, and classical influences. While beautiful, it didn’t reflect their vision for a more vibrant and contemporary space. Our goal was to transform it into a mid-century-inspired modern haven—one that embraces clean lines, bold colors, and a dynamic mix of materials.

We replaced heavy textures and intricate detailing with sleek, streamlined surfaces, creating a more open and airy feel. A fresh palette of crisp whites, deep charcoals, and pops of mustard, teal, and burnt orange injects energy and personality throughout the home. Rich wood tones and polished metals add warmth and contrast, balancing the boldness with mid-century sophistication.

Large windows and glass doors replace small openings, inviting natural light to flood the interiors and enhancing the connection to the outdoors. Geometric patterns, sculptural lighting, and carefully curated statement pieces complete the transformation, making the home feel effortlessly modern yet inviting.

The result is a striking reinvention—an inspired fusion of mid-century style and contemporary livability, perfectly tailored to our client’s vision.”
