In this project, we started from scratch. We designed a spec house in the beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ. This organic modern design shows off the amazing Arizona landscape. We selected a neutral color palette with a fun pop a terracotta in the powder bath as an unexpected surprise. The great room has high ceilings with black beams and walnut millwork. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry with contrasting dark island, walnut open shelves and statement brass and black faucet. The spacious main bathroom has double sink with shelf detail and large shower with hidden soap niche. The powder and kids bath become more playful with the use of color and pattern.
